2024RS08 - Middle East Sales Manager
Our client, a French-based international company, is looking for its new Middle East Sales Manager, He/She will be based in Dubai and will report directly to the International Sales Director.
Responsibilities:
- Managing & developing the local sales team (4 people) based on the company methods.
- Elaborating the sales policy with the sales director.
- Co-ordinating and developing the existing distribution network.
- Promoting the equipment through the various key accounts and operators of the industry: distribution, kitchen contractors, kitchen architects, culinary schools, chefs’ associations
- Training and demonstrating the company equipment to the distributors and the end users: bakery & pastry shops, hospitals, caterers, central kitchens…
- Participating in the national and local exhibitions with a demonstration program.
- Available to travel 60% of his time to visit the distribution network and the users.
Profile:
Education: Business oriented education, Hospitality Management School, Culinary School.
Requirements:
- Sales person with confirmed sales and experience in management.
- Person with a "roll up the sleeves" attitude.
- Working knowledge of the Food Service industry (food manufacturer, food distributor, equipment specialist, chef) ideally, with a proven successful experience to develop a distribution network.
- High drive and energy, combined with charismatic personality able to motivate and guide.
Languages: English, Arabic & French would be a plus (not compulsory).
